1. Champ d'application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all translation orders placed via the traduction24 website. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of services
traduction24 provides certified translations of documents between German, French, and Arabic. Translations are performed by certified translators and are officially recognized. Services include: • Certified translation of the submitted document • Digital delivery via email (PDF) • Postal delivery of the original translation
3. Price and payment
Prices are in accordance with the price list in effect on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery times and surcharges: • Standard: 10 business days – no surcharge • Express: 3 business days – +50% surcharge • Urgent: 24 hours – +100% surcharge Shipping costs: • Morocco: 100 DH • Europe: €20 Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Visa, invoice (for business customers).
4. Placing an order
The client places their translation order via the online form on our website. The order only becomes final after confirmation from traduction24. The processing time begins after receipt of all documents and confirmation of payment.
5. Delivery
The translation is initially delivered digitally via email as a PDF. The certified original translation is then sent by mail to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates only. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
6. Right of withdrawal
The client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the order, without having to provide a reason, provided that the translation has not yet begun. After the translation work has started, withdrawal is only possible with a refund for services already rendered.
7. Warranty
traduction24 guarantees the professional accuracy and completeness of the translation. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery. traduction24's liability is limited to the amount of the order for the translation in question.
8. Confidentiality
All submitted documents and their content are treated confidentially. traduction24 and its contracted translators are bound by professional secrecy. Documents are securely deleted after order completion.
9. Applicable Law
The law of the French Republic applies. The competent court is that of Paris, France.
